In 1973 Terry Fullerton became the first British driver to win the World Championship and marked the start of Karting's Golden Era.

This was the time when engines took a quantum leap forward,Tillotson butterfly carbs took over, and tyres got wider with the introduction of Goodyear Blue Streaks.

100 Classic is the closest you can get to the fantastic racing of that era; after 50 years things have just got a bit more colourful.....
